By participating, you agree to the following:

Your email address and phone number will be collected and used for program-related communications, tracking, and awarding of rewards.

Your data will be shared with a third-party CRM system to manage the program.

You may receive promotional emails and texts related to the program.

Competition Terms and Conditions(Required)

Bat City Sports Alliance, LLC Participation Waiver and Release of Liability
By signing, I agree, warrant, and covenant as follows: In consideration of being allowed to participate in any way in Bat City Sports Alliance, LLC athletic sports programs, related events, and activities, the undersigned acknowledges, appreciates, and agrees that:

1. Physical Condition
I represent that I am in good physical condition and have no medical reason or impairment that might increase the health risks to myself or others participating in Bat City Sports Alliance leagues and events. I agree to obtain medical clearance from a healthcare provider prior to participation if I have any pre-existing medical conditions or concerns. Further, I agree to stop and consult my healthcare provider if I experience faintness, dizziness, pain, or shortness of breath at any time while participating in any Bat City Sports Alliance league or event.

2. Assumption of Risk
I KNOWINGLY AND FREELY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, both known and unknown, including but not limited to collisions, falls, equipment failure, and other risks inherent to athletic activities, EVEN IF ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE (INCLUDING ORDINARY OR GROSS NEGLIGENCE) OF THE RELEASEES or others, and assume full responsibility for my participation.

3. Compliance with Rules and Age Requirement
I willingly agree to comply with the stated and customary terms and conditions for participation, including all safety guidelines and rules provided by Bat City Sports Alliance. Accordingly, I certify that I am over the age of 21, as required by Bat City Sports Alliance policies, and that I will not invite or knowingly allow anyone who has not signed this same waiver and release to participate on my team. If, however, I observe any unusual significant violation or hazard, including suspected intoxication, infection, or misconduct during my presence or participation, I will remove myself from participation and bring such to the attention of the nearest official immediately.

4. Release and Hold Harmless
I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, personal representatives, and next of kin, HEREBY RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS Bat City Sports Alliance, LLC, their officers, officials, agents, and/or employees, other participants, sponsoring agencies, sponsors, advertisers, and if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct the event (“RELEASEES”), WITH RESPECT TO ANY AND ALL INJURY, ILLNESS, DISABILITY, DEATH, or loss or damage to person or property, WHETHER ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE (INCLUDING ORDINARY OR GROSS NEGLIGENCE) OF THE RELEASEES OR OTHERWISE, to the fullest extent permitted by law and including but not limited to the condition of any playing field and/or equipment.

5. Property Damage
Property damage caused by any participant, whether through intentional, reckless, or negligent acts not occurring in the normal course of gameplay, shall be the sole responsibility of the participant.

6. Email Communication
I understand that Bat City Sports Alliance will use my email address as its primary means of league-related business communication with me. I acknowledge that I have read and agree to the organization's privacy policy regarding the use of my personal information.

7. Photo Release
I understand that Bat City Sports Alliance takes photos & videos at most of its leagues and events, and I grant permission for my image to be distributed by email, internet, social, and other media. I waive any right to compensation for the use of my image.

8. Refund Policy
NO REFUNDS SHALL BE ISSUED under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

1. seasons delayed; and,
2. schedules revised; and,
3. games played on the same day, different day, different time, and/or at different venues; and,
4. games not played as the result of continuous extreme weather, natural disaster, pandemic, terrorism, or other unforeseen circumstance; and,
5. individual or group's decision not to participate.

Bat City Sports Alliance reserves the right to make changes to schedules, venues, or events without liability. If a cancellation takes place prior to registration closing and shirts being ordered for that league or event, then a credit for a future Bat City Sports Alliance activity in the same calendar year may be issued at the organization's sole discretion.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This waiver shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any disputes arising under this waiver shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Travis County, TX.

10. Severability
If any provision of this waiver is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

11. Acknowledgment of Understanding
I have read this waiver thoroughly and fully understand its terms. I acknowledge that I am giving up substantial rights, including the right to sue, and I sign it freely and voluntarily without any inducement.
